    For our Q4 CE, we are planning to discuss the intersections between DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and Leadership Development. We will have a guest speaker to guide the discussion, but we want to open the floor and begin the conversation here.

    PT 1: I’m excited about this conversation and appreciate that TH is making it a focus for their facilitator team!

    My final project for my Masters in Business Psychology program was the creation of an organizational development program that incorporates Equine Experiential Learning as a key component in DEI initiatives for organizations. It’s a specific program I offer (noted on my website) that includes a gap analysis on DEI outcomes currently in an organization; a brain-based assessment to explore why people are resisting DEI DEI in

    PT 2: An experience with the horses to allow stakeholders to see how their beliefs, perceptions and assumptions impact their interactions with others (which contributes to the success or failure of DEI initiatives); and a follow up assessment on shifts in organizational culture (using the gap analysis as a starting point).
