My final project for my Masters in Business Psychology program was the creation of an organizational development program that incorporates Equine Experiential Learning as a key component in DEI initiatives for organizations. PT 2: An experience with the horses to allow stakeholders to see how their beliefs, perceptions and assumptions impact their interactions with others (which contributes to the success or failure of DEI initiatives); and a follow up assessment on shifts in organizational culture (using the gap analysis as a starting point).
